We’ll review your needs, assess your condition, and create a personalized care plan.

💧 Monthly Care Plans

Phase 1: Intensive Treatment

$1,200 per month
Up to 7 visits per week

This phase focuses on actively reducing swelling and restoring balance within the lymphatic system.

Care may include:

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
  • Compression Bandaging
  • Skin Care Support
  • Targeted Therapeutic Exercise
  • Education for at-home care

Typical Duration: 2–4+ weeks
(Based on severity, body response, and consistency with care)

Phase 2: Maintenance

$500 per month
Up to 3 visits per week

This phase supports long-term results and helps prevent fluid from returning.

Care may include:

  • Continued MLD as needed
  • Compression garment guidance
  • Self-massage training
  • Exercise and lifestyle support

📋 What to Expect From Your Care

Each visit is tailored to your body and may include:

  • Gentle, rhythmic lymphatic drainage techniques
  • Compression support to reduce fluid buildup
  • Skin care to protect and strengthen tissue
  • Movement and breathing exercises
  • Ongoing education for long-term self-management

🧠 About Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)

CDT is the gold standard in lymphedema care.
It is a structured, two-phase approach designed to reduce swelling and maintain lasting results.

🌱 Goals of Treatment:

  • Reduce swelling and fluid retention
  • Improve skin health and integrity
  • Increase mobility and comfort
  • Lower risk of infection
  • Support whole-body wellness

🔄 The Two Phases of Care

Phase 1: Reduction

  • Frequent sessions (often daily)
  • Focused fluid reduction
  • Compression bandaging + MLD
  • Close monitoring and adjustments

Phase 2: Maintenance

  • Transition to compression garments
  • Independent self-care practices
  • Ongoing support and guidance

⚠️ Consistency is key. Discontinuing care or compression too early can allow swelling to return.

💡 Transparent & Flexible Care

  • Your total cost will be clearly outlined in writing before treatment begins
  • Plans are reviewed and adjusted monthly as your body responds
  • Progress may vary—some clients move quickly into maintenance, while others require more time

Results are influenced by:

  • Consistency with sessions
  • Following CDT recommendations
  • Exercise and lifestyle habits

🤝 Care That Meets You Where You Are

Healing is not one-size-fits-all—and neither is payment.

Please don’t let cost prevent you from seeking care.
Flexible options are available, and I am happy to work with you.

🛍️ Supplies & Support

Compression bandaging supplies are available for purchase, and guidance is provided for ordering garments when needed.

Mobile Therapeutic Massage & Lymphatic Care Policies

Comfort Care Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage & Lymphatic Care Policies

Respecting Time and Care

Each session is customized to your specific therapeutic needs, and preparation begins well before I arrive. These policies are designed to ensure the best possible care experience while maintaining fairness, professionalism, and respect for both your time and mine.

Cancellations

Because mobile medical and therapeutic massage sessions require dedicated travel and setup time:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 fee.

This ensures time and travel resources are fairly accounted for and allows space for other clients’ needs.

No-Show Appointments

If I arrive at your location and the appointment cannot take place (due to absence, unresponsiveness, or an unprepared environment), You are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Arrivals

Because therapeutic and lymphatic work is time-sensitive and often scheduled around recovery or medical care:

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, your session may need to be shortened to conclude at the scheduled time.
  • If the session cannot proceed due to lateness, the full cost of the service will still apply.

Travel & Setup Requirements

Please ensure:

  • There is a clean, quiet, and accessible space for the massage table and equipment.
  • Parking or entry access is available within a reasonable distance of your location.
  • For post-surgical or lymphatic sessions, please have your medical supplies, compression garments, or bandages ready prior to my arrival.

If parking or access issues significantly delay setup, session time may be reduced to stay on schedule.

Health, Safety & Professionalism

As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and licensed massage therapist, I adhere to all clinical hygiene and safety protocols.

  • Please reschedule if you are ill, have a fever, open wounds, or active infection.
  • For lymphatic clients, ensure your surgeon or physician has cleared you for treatment.

Your health and safety are always the top priority.

Life Happens

I understand that unexpected situations occur. If something out of your control comes up, please reach out as soon as possible — I am always willing to work with you when reasonable. These policies simply help maintain fairness, consistency, and care for all clients.

Appointment Reminders

Reminders are automatically sent prior to each appointment to help you prepare for your session.
